好久不見的大學同學們，終於要舉辦同學會囉! 大學同學們都非常愛吃海鮮，因此上網查了竹北同學會的聚餐分享餐廳介紹，以及新竹的海鮮餐廳推薦，結果還真的讓我找到了竹北適合同學會聚餐地點的分享文

，發現好多人大推這間必吃的新竹美食-黃金海岸活蝦之家，原來是一間竹北泰國蝦料理的專門店呀! 接下來就一起來看看這次的新竹同學會聚餐介紹吧!
新竹可是有名的難找停車位呢!因此當天大家也約得較早，沒想到這間貼心的竹北泰國蝦料理餐廳竟然有附設寬敞的停車場，一進門也可以看到寬敞舒適的空間，桌椅也非常的整潔、乾淨，坐位有分室內及半戶外區，看來今天真的來得很早，整個餐廳好像被我們包了下來。
牆上掛著大大的黃金海岸活蝦之家的招牌以及各式環境認證，享受美食之外，最在意的就是餐廳的環境衛生問題啦! 像我如此有潔癖的人，看到這些認證真的可以大大的放心唷。
再往更深入裡面一看，太令人驚奇了，竟然是半開放式的廚房，敢將餐廳廚房直接示人的餐廳實在少之又少，不過這也代表這間新竹美食餐廳可以讓人吃的開心又放心，廚房跟用餐區一樣乾淨整潔，且還可以看到活跳跳蝦子就在清澈的水中唷!話不多說，立馬開始享受美食吧。
第一道就是來蝦子餐廳必吃的蝦料理-檸檬蝦，一隻隻肥美的泰國蝦，光看就好美味，順帶一提，這家活蝦餐廳的白飯是無限量供應唷，此刻好希望自己有四個胃呀!! 店員說這道檸檬蝦是一道非常受歡迎的料理唷。
愛吃海鮮的同學們，剝開蝦後都興奮的尖叫了，這蝦黃實在太肥美，活蝦就是不一樣，吃進口中非常的Q彈，檸檬汁的帶出蝦子的香甜，鮮而不膩，再配上佐料的三星蔥，太幸福了!!! 而盤子底部的檸檬蝦醬汁，淋上白飯拌著吃也非常的美味，男生們才第一道菜已扒了兩碗飯，難怪這道料裡如此受歡迎。
第二道料理，是黃金海岸活蝦之家的獨家料理-鹽烤鯖魚，黃金海岸活蝦之家生意好的不得了，本以為上菜速度會很慢，沒想到出菜速度還滿快的唷，親切的店員送上這道鹽烤鯖魚，香氣立刻撲鼻而來，好大隻的鯖魚，一問之下才知道原來黃金海岸的鯖魚都是挪威嚴選的，每隻平均都在1Kg以上唷!!表皮烘烤的恰到好處，魚肉非常的鮮嫩多汁，淋上一旁的檸檬汁，更能增添魚的鮮味，超級幸福!!
大魚大肉之餘，當然不能少了青菜，第三道是-炒龍鬚菜，雖然只是一道青菜，但店家處理卻不馬虎，龍鬚菜清炒蒜頭吃起來清香可口，有一種快炒店的香氣，好下飯，吃進口中很嫩也很多汁，沒兩三下就被啃個精光!
吃了這麼多，來碗湯吧!! 第四道料理又回到這間活蝦餐廳的主題-蝦鍋，傻傻的大家以為一旁的生蝦，是類似泰式生蝦的吃法可以直接吃，後來經店員的解說才知道，原來蝦子是要給我們自己放進蝦鍋中煮熟後，沾取哇沙米食用。
而這鍋蝦鍋也是大有來頭，是用蝦頭熬了8小時燉煮出鮮甜的湯頭，冷冷的天，喝上一碗鮮甜爽口的蝦湯，好溫暖好幸福，而生蝦煮熟後配上哇沙米，沒有過多的調味，更能吃出蝦子本身的鮮甜。
這次的同學會，大家都吃得非常滿足，這間新竹海鮮餐廳真的跟網友們推薦的一樣好吃，每道菜都令人回味無窮，而且蝦子真的很新鮮，同學們也說之後還會常來，這次的同學會在此畫下完美的句點啦。
